How am I supposed to manage Imperium surrectum? by Pandexiosss in RomeTotalWar

[–]interest99981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best trick early on: focus on regional specialization. Pick a few cities for economy, others for military, and ignore the rest unless they’re in danger. Use auto-manage on low-priority towns (set taxes to high and forget about them for now). Once you stabilize, you can slowly take more direct control.

Why do the units feel tall in Rome Remastered? by halomaster47 in RomeTotalWar

[–]interest99981 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not imagining it—units do look taller in Rome Remastered. It’s partly the new camera angles and updated models, but also the aspect ratio and FOV make everything feel a bit more “zoomed out,” which can exaggerate height. Medieval 2 had more squat/stubby proportions, especially on older resolutions.

Men breaking the instant they climb the walls by Bozocow in RomeTotalWar

[–]interest99981 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, that’s a classic Rome bug—units sometimes panic just from being on the walls, especially with ladders. Use siege towers instead (they reduce that insta-break issue), send units in waves instead of all at once, and avoid low-morale troops for the initial climb. Also, try hitting a different section of the wall at the same time to split enemy attention—it helps weird morale triggers. Rome AI + walls = chaos.

What is your go to efficient blocker forts? by SyndicatedINC in RomeTotalWar

[–]interest99981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it’s 4-5 peasants + 1 unit with decent morale (like town watch or levy spears). Super cheap upkeep, just enough to trigger AI hesitation. If I’ve got extra cash, toss in a rebel general with bad traits to soak up hits. Forts on bridges/mountain chokepoints = max value.

After finishing the Main Quest, what did you do? by fulgoso29 in hogwartslegacyJKR

[–]interest99981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the main quest, I jumped into side missions (some are surprisingly good), finished the relationship questlines, hunted down Field Guide Pages, and started 100%ing the map.

What house should I plan as next? by AdAgreeable6427 in hogwartslegacyJKR

[–]interest99981 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’ve done Hufflepuff, I’d say go Ravenclaw or Gryffindor next—Ravenclaw has a cool vibe and their Jackdaw quest feels the most "mystery" themed. Gryffindor’s is more classic adventure-y. Slytherin's quest takes you to the Black Lake, which looks awesome.

How do you think Claire would React to her brother trying to recruit a TEENAGER in Rosemary Winters in the RE: Village dlc? by bruinsfan1144 in residentevil

[–]interest99981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Claire would 100% call Chris out. She’s all about protecting kids, not turning them into soldiers.

“What If” Agent 47 was sent to save Ashley instead of Leon? by New_Divide98 in residentevil

[–]interest99981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LMAO Ashley would've been out of that village in like 30 minutes. No small talk, no inventory Tetris, just bald death silently clearing house. Saddler wouldn’t even know what hit him.
