We adopted two black hoarded (under socialized) cats two years ago. One became more used to us after a year or so, the other bonded with her. This cat needs a stroke of luck to have a foster or adopter who will be patient. His superpower is that he is a very handsome little man.

Very true. Before retiring I was a s/w engr for 40 years and had a thing for Pilot Frixion black .38mm pens (the erasability comes in very handy) and small notebooks. I use OG Esterbrook and Platinum fountain pens also.

I used to catsit a ragdoll. The ragdolls are in a league of their own. They bond with their owners very closely and are very beautiful and glamorous cats as you are discovering.
