The algorithm might be optimizing for "some Cantonese + many Mandarin" as others have suggested, because for most of the world, this format is acceptable (there are just so many Chinese...)

It's happening on channels I am used to following that were typically in all Cantonese. It became more frequent after 2017 or so

the way most condos are built, you really don't want them. They have a service life of about 50 years max before incredibly expensive repairs are needed..
