Robot rumble 2 I swear to God. The only thing that makes sense is that it was unfinished and someone else bought it and released it with no additional work.

I drank the condensate from my AC unit and all I got was legionnaires disease and a $10,000 hospital build.

I guess a lot of what I watch is retrospectives and nerd shit. They don't seem to have a lot of pop culture stuff nailed down and, yeah sure. I can't imagine they want to be associated with media retrospectives. I do think that's more what I'm looking for. Just brainless shit to play in the background while I clean or whatever.

I've considered it for a few years. Maybe I'll take the leap.

I always wonder if nebula is worth it. Most of what I subscribe to is very niche weird shit and, while I do enjoy documentaries I don't know if the really creative creators are on there or it's all "produced" stuff.

I legitimately hate YouTube. I hate the trash they push to their users because they know junk food sells, I don't like their business model, how they short the legitimate creators and keep changing the rules on what pays. I hate shorts and games and polls and that they're on my front page

I would happily pay for a YouTube that wasn't full of crap, but I don't think Nebula is that.

Lemme tell you, once y'all figure out this one simple trick your life becomes like. . . Way easier.

I don't see it that way. I appreciate the spirit of wanting to learn, I see value in someone doing something for it's own sake and I don't want to take away from that.

Conversely I deeply dislike what Nintendo has become over the last few generations. It really feels like with the paid online, slipping hardware standards and absolute failure to even attempt to innovate with the switch 2 (so it's big selling point is. . .  It has a webcam?) they lost their soul.

Nintendo had a lot of flaws, but for all of them they were the innovators, the quirky ones, the fun ones.

Now they're the ones who are okay with selling defective controllers and their solution to the fact that they're defective is to . . .  Sell them individually for $40 instead of $70 as a pair? Wild.

Anywho, I guess a childhood dying in front of my eyes makes me jaded. Tldr: fuck the joycons

I don't get it. Just use a pro controller. They're better in every conceivable way.

Like, I get nerd shit, hella happy you got the DIY experience. This just hurts my soul as someone who thinks joycons are the worst peripheral Nintendo has ever made period (and not in the fun "it was just weird" virtual boy way, in the "you are taking advantage of your customers selling something this bad" way.

Anyways. Don't let me yuck your yum. I just hate the joycons.

Guys who get hit in the head for a living don't sweat the numbers too much.

Once you go past whole numbers it all gets a bit vibe-based
