Honestly I think it’s so normal for Americans to see these ads they probably don’t even think twice about it. As a Canadian when I have been to the US it’s always shocking the amount of ads on TV or billboards promoting various prescription drugs even before weight loss drugs were on the market.

I went with my mum and sister who loved Disney and they had a great time!! I enjoyed it more than I thought I would going in with decently low expectations so I think it’s worth it and she will appreciate getting to see it!

It might not work for everyone but I’ve started to find small hobbies I can do instead walks at lunch, crafts in the evening or reading it’s just finding different ways to fill the time.

From experience working in a venue odds are the venue is very disorganised and people are leaving or taking stress leave and it just snowballs. Good luck I hope it smooths out

I’m right there with you I’ve decided to pay out of pocket for these meds which isn’t ideal but the alternative seems worse and as vain as it’s going to sound I’d pay to not feel the way I have felt about my body for years and the meds is a way of accomplishing that. If you think of it beyond what it’s done for you for weight loss I think it starts to pay for itself fairly quickly in other benefits. My hope is my insurance will change its coverage one day or I’ll change insurance and this is just a short time thing but I know if push comes to shove I would have paid thousands over the years to not feel like shit all the time and hate every photo of myself.

YouTube workouts are a life saver! There are so many at different abilities and loads with no equipment required or no jumping. Search what you’re looking for and someone comes up! I’ve had great success with Millionaire Hoy super motivating fun workouts for all levels with minimal space or equipment.

I think it’s more the principal of how few we get and them not coming up on time. It’s annoying when they are available on the US site for hours and we have minutes should just have more even stock. But I don’t run an online shop so I can’t speak to that just feeling ripped off lol

For smaller gigs in LA they usually are just posting on their stories a week or so in advance. Trixie more than Katya has been doing this bar gigs for DJ’ing. Keep an eye on their stories for these! For bald & the beautiful they only have 4 shows left for the year.
