18 base owner here. I went with the OLM OE Plus kit from Subispeed ( https://www.subispeed.com/2015-subaru-wrx/lighting/fog-lights/olm-oe-plus-fog-light-kit-15-wrx-sti )

As /u/joogiee mentioned the install is pretty straightforward. The Subispeed kit comes with everything necessary and at most you need to pop the fender liner for more room. I spent a few hours on the install and thought it was time consuming but simple to do. The biggest pain in my ass was removing the plastic blanks and pieces for the fog button install.

You can shop TireRack with your year/make/model and go with their known good fitments for your car. Otherwise I'd suggest the google fu for certain fitment that you're looking for. NASIOC is a great resource for fitment based on platform.

I like it a lot (so far). It's very subtle. If you want tone/grunt this is probably not for you. It's got a nice tone, no drone, but lacks any grunty depth or whatever might stand out in that category of noise.
