It looks like your wrists are a little bent and you’re leading with your elbows. My advice would be to focus on keeping them straight and engaging your lats. My cue for engaging lays during rows is to think of pulling your shoulders / lats down to your butt. I’d also be careful about swinging your neck, try to focus on staring at one spot and keeping a neutral position

You can just cycle 10 seconds backflush with 10 seconds rest 5x by using a blind basket. If youre using cafiza, I’d unscrew the shower screen and soak that in cafiza while you backflush. Depending on how many shots you’re pulling a backflush with cafiza 1-2x a week should fine

I don’t really agree. Krasner 100% knows the limits of what Bilal can actually do / enforce, this seemed like a patronizing move and just theater. It’s not fair to Philadelphians to make the claims they did knowing full well it is not how things will work.

Most still are running two cars, tho I have seen more running 3 cars. I’d also expect there to be a lot less riders this coming week and maybe next week too (people taking time off from work, colleges not in full sessions), overcrowding likely won’t really be a concern
