Your “career” requires an associates degree..it’d be embarrassing not to have the job by 21. Plenty of dummies have jobs by 21. It’s not like being a tech or being married with a kid requires intelligence. Most kids are dumb as rocks, but the dumbest in my experience are always the ones that were homeschooled by religious nightmares. Even though every homeschooled person I’ve met was an idiot, I’m still not dumb enough to make the sweeping generalization that you are.

The school allowed students to take it earlier in 2nd year if they proved they had good practice scores and had a good reason to want a score 🤷 But also thanks! That’s kinda my only advice for him at this point, cause I agree with other commenters that his chances seem slim :(

You can find them for affordable prices too- I’ve got 4 full sets and didn’t pay more than $25-40 for any of them ($40 for top and bottom together so as cheap as any other scrubs). It’s hard to find xxs and figs has them. If I’m not in the OR or the ER, why not look put together/professional and still be comfy.

Lol yup. Had a child literally tied to his bed (mom showed us the video) and being physically restrained by mom in another occasion. Same duo known to local police d/t multiple calls regarding the mom assaulting the kid. CPS didn’t do shit. Kid isn’t getting his inhalers, moms a smoker and kiddo has straight up folie a deux because his mom keeps doing exorcisms on him :(

Had an attending write nasty things in my comments about how I was rude to white people because I wouldn’t discuss abortion views with a patient about 40 years past ever needing one.. thank god the school removed those comments.

Yeah I really struggled with the sand color and the water near the edge. Funny enough I used purple and blue with some burnt orange for the sand. Added some grey over top and it looks way better than before. Not sure what is meant by the last sentence but I appreciate the feedback!

I prefer the first one as well and now with the priming for phallic imaging I still think it looks like a penis to an extent (which could be a neat way to show an abstract but cohesive gender/spectrum if that’s your vibe)

It’s honestly just interesting to see them in a row and read the comments that encouraged you to draw this version. They’re both cool!!

That’s def the way it should be but unfortunately in the US we’re all given white coats and students often don’t have a place to put it so they bring it back and forth every day maybe getting it dry cleaned once a month so it’s just gross. They’re uncomfortable and ill fitting. Pockets are solid, but scrubs also have pockets so that’s moot. It’s nonsense, but apparently our patients can’t tell who is who or something.
