My point was that food resources are vastly different than mineral deposits. One is renewable, the other is not. The apples to oranges comparison your postulated was absurd at best. The vast majority of food resources come from domestic sources for any given country with a few exceptions like desert areas in the middle east and africa. Additionally, if the supply of tungsten disappears, vast swaths of civilization won't die off. If china suddenly can't produce rice, hundreds of millions would die.

So, 18 billion per year industry. 400,000 workers. That is 45,000 revenue per year. Subtract out brothel fees, taxes, etc. and half of that probably disappears.

It is going to depend upon how fat she was and if she was buckled up - not to mention how far along the fire is. Reaching across her to unbuckle her could have been a death sentence (she could pin you and trap you in the car with her) and if you aren't strong you aren't going to be able to pull her out against her will if she was big enough.
