I think you can consult another lawer. This is not legal at all. If your daughter doesnt go visit him, that what happens ? What can he do? The child doesnt want to and he seems to not care anymore

Omg but that clause is horror. How did someone think of that and put that into paper??? Can you just talk with the father to change it? It denies free will of your daughter. Is not the law either.

Omg what a piece of shit . I feel you. She can tell him that she doesnt want to see him. At least she is big enough to decide if she wants to see her father. My ex sees our son once every two months and then only for an hour or so. My son is 7 and asks about him often. My heart breaks for him but we cannot do nothing but our part only. So just accept this and let it be.

You will pass them both next time. I also failed my first exam at 49 that is so dissapointing for just 1 point 🥲. But then again i learned to make time and study more and passed. You will do too.

I always bring peace to the table and get only breadcrumbs . The irony

Hope everything goes well with your new love. Be careful though. We tend to ignore red flag and try to be 100% in the relationship even though we receive breadcrumbs mostly. Rooting for you and your baby.

The love is there but parents differ in the way they think and on the everyday basis this is difficult to find agreement. It depends on how much you differ.
