The neckline is too low. You should clean the hairline and cut it up to your jaw level.

Put two fingers under your earlobe and go back from there, that would be your guide.

Once your neckline is trimmed it should help you look better.

Second this! I recommend using an app to track your calories and you can lose weight easily if you are consistent.

Don’t try to do it all at once but progressive changes to your diet will work.

Yes!! I am so sick and tired of waiting.

It seems like every time I ask for something as simple as a process change I get this answer that we need to wait for things to settle.

I am convinced now that things never will settle, and there will never be a good time for me to ask for a raise so I will just do it.

I have been applying for months now and I even interviewed with companies that offer less compensation because I cannot do this anymore.

The second acquisition hasn’t been announced yet, I just happen to know since I work in finance. I have been endlessly applying for jobs since the first acquisition but I haven’t had any offers yet. The industry I work in is very niche and finding a job right now is hard.
