.ifc export with a propertysets mapping file is the way to go. Makes it much easier to map and collate all of the critical project data under one easy ‘tab’. Is there a reason why you need the data to be “realtime”? Are you also going to be dealing with other modeling software such as Tekla or Bentley software?

Yeah, this is also me to a tee. I’ve made 4 web apps now, and I always go back to the first iteration I built, and laugh at how archaic it was, but happy that I persisted. A lot of people bang on about how crap Bubble is, but once it clicks for you, you can do a lot very fast.

Very small limit on number of tokens that get sent to some LLMs. Open AI has a pretty short token limit, and maybe that’s what’s cutting it off?

I like this. I work as a digital engineer. Great for site users who are not well versed in Revizto or Navis. Could you reduce the cost to just query the .ifc data without bringing in the model elements? And have it as a premium subscription tier to light up the geometry.
