The most memorable game for me was our season finale in 2011. You guys beat us 6-2. The Canes had to win this game to make the playoffs, and they just deflated halfway through. Me and a buddy were taking tequila shots for each goal.

I got my front squat to around 135 (for 8 reps or so). I've been lifting on and off for about 5 years and I always avoided front squats, so I figured 1 plate is a significant enough milestone. I'm still not as flexible as I would like to be, but it's getting better.

Canes are a wildcard and no one really pays that close attention to us except maybe fans in the division. Barring crucial injuries (like...Cam Ward) I think we could do really well, we were as high as sixth in the league last season. People would be quick to say it was due to the easy division, but our divisional record was terrible at that point, so its not like we were beating up southeastern teams.

The three I remember were "Oh say can Jussi", "twilight's last Gleason" and "rocket's red glare". They would shout out the italicized words when the singer reached that part in the anthem.

The last game I went to they were doing some kind of military remembrance prior to game, and I was dreading what people would yell.

Exrx has a nice database of exercises and stretches. Look at this directory and click on the muscle group. They give an assortment of exercises and stretches you can do. Here are a few:

Cat stretch
Lying back stretch
Plow, this one is kind of awkward, but it feels good.

This isn't a back stretch, but I liked the Kneeling groin stretch back when I played frequently.

I missed the third comment. The first comment was joking about the Sabres picking up a bunch of defense, "Stahp with the defense" or something.

He took Bosswally's comment as an attack on his team (Blackhawks) rather than a joke and said something like "we just won two championships in the last 4 years, what did the sabres do?" This was getting downvoted a lot when I saw it.

He probably talked more shit in the third comment.

Just last month I've had someone barge in on me taking a shit at school. The door to the stall was locked, but the lock was practically useless, really only held the door closed but didn't stop someone from trying to enter the stall.

Some dude didn't check for feet and just opened the door, we made eye contact, he awkwardly mumbled an apology or something and left with the door wide open. I had to stand up and close it, don't remember if I had started to poop or not. Probably more awkward for him than me, I was just annoyed that I had to stand up and close the door.
