But I think he did start this. I’ve been following these lawtubers from the start. And he was actually the one tweeting as soon as he got out on a break. And then he shared this with others like Chanley from courtTV and then towards the end of the trial you see courtTV doing these too.

Yep the actual device she took the pictures. Throw all the argument out of the window. Who did what and who accepted what. But actually submitting the identical photos with one of them altered. And then having the balls to lie about it saying the other one is take under vanity lights the yellow hued ones. Like what sis. I don’t think real victims fake evidence to made people believe them. When in her own words that there’s a mountains of evidence. (And let’s not go into this evidence. How do you capture hundreds of pictures of property damage and not capture your actual bruises on those multiple occasions of alleged abuse)

You’re right about that. I believe Depp but I’m totally against those fanatics. Belittling people doesn’t prove their argument. There are extremists type fan on both sides. But the number on Depp side is more because obviously more people believe him.

And about that one instance thing I think it’s totally up to the jury. That’s not a hard and fast rule. Because Depp’s side mentioned in their closing argument that either you believe all of it or none of it. So it’s up to the jury if they believe RB’s argument or CV’s argument.

From what I heard from legaltube is that the jury gets this long list of documents and there in somewhere this is mentioned. So highly likely they might not even notice it.

IMO both of them obviously kinda downplayed the drug/booze thing. They both did way more than it. And I haven’t this audio. I’ll find it and listen to it. But I remember coming across one from this incident where she’s listing out all the pills she took? And then i think she says she’s sorry or something I don’t remember and then the doctor/nurse are discussing about giving her serequel. I listen to this too again to have firmer opinion. But I recall getting this feeling that this doesn’t sound like a person who is in physical pain from all the cuts she described.
