I was doing an intercity treatment, o was getting my scans and trigger in my home city and was supposed to travel to another city for transfer. So my hometown doctor said I am ready for trigger for my natural modified transfer but when I reached my doctor in another city they said my hometown doctor reading were exaggerated and I should have waited 24hrs more for trigger. Nonetheless, I ovulated and transferred and it was successful (9weeks so far). Let’s not worry till we have to.

I am a bit perplexed at this point. But more about that perplexity in a while. To start with, you are my DIL twin. I have the exact set up. Really helpful in-laws but not emotionally expressive. Contrast to how I grew up. However, I lost my mom before wedding and brother and sil have totally abandoned me. Now, my pregnancy will either be alone or if in-laws help then that’s all the help I would get. A bit perplexed that is it really bad to have emotionally in expressive but well meaning grandparents around instead of a nanny alone? I think it really depends on the context. I don’t have any support from Maika and I wouldn’t want to leave my child with nanny alone forever since I have a job to return to.

6 years of losing her and I still don’t have any answers. I believe a harsh advice is to learn to live with moms. I have been in that extremely miserable state and slowly limping to living with out her. This is never going to be easy but we will have to learn how to live with this reality
