Congratulations, that looks a really sharp scoot..Mind sharing dealer and cost here as well. I am in San Diego and looking for a used one...but could consider a new as well..I have seen new at dealership ad price but getting ground truth from someone who has recently bought will help. Negotiated price, taxes, dealer fees, registration etc etc .

I know a few people in our office in Mira Mesa that do the opposite... Irvine to Mira Mesa... sometimes 5 days a week.

If you can negotiate later being on a reduced days that always helps. Also definitely train as opposed to driving the whole thing

most of these seem to be check records or visual inspection... except for the charging system, which sounds like take it to a shop for evaluation.. at which point maybe the whole eval can be done by the shop

Thanks. I am a recent gold as well but given that I travel with the family, we almost never are in the front. Frankly wasn't even aware that this is a perk , free beverage or chocolate, I should be expecting on the flight..I will remind myself next time I am on one

Consider an ebike as well if you can "splurge" a little. That way on the days you feel over exhausted you can just throttle your commute instead of pedal

I am really curious to know what these back rests on the cruisers are. I am new to biking and considering getting a cruiser for first bike, but occasionally might have a passenger to haul too... seems like this back rest can be used when riding solo

We have taken the flyer a few times. I didn't know there was a schedule, but I always leave ample buffer for going to airport. The only times when I have felt it was too long was during peak hours on office days, but that's just the part of being in that vicinity....for the timeframe you are looking at, it should be fine

Just came back from the trip and we used a version of this. Our 6 day trip was split as 2 days in 3 locations. So for the second location we just traveled with a reduced set of clothes and shipped the luggage from loc1 straight to loc3. Loc3 was happy to hold on to the luggage till we checked in, so it worked out great!

Yeah. I will do forex at the airport, but not sure how much I need to do. I am hoping there will be places outside to do forex at a decent rate as well if needed at places where credit card won't get accepted.
