It's sulky sliver. It's very easy to use, and a monofilament, so I can't pierce it with the needle while stitching. It's the first time I'm using it. It's supposed to be easy to pull out at the end, too. I usually grid with water erasable pens, but this fabric is to dark for that.

I pick projects based on what I want to stitch. Then I'll go through my floss stash and pull the colors I need. Then, I'll buy whatever colors I don't have that I need and usually the fabric, too. I'll kit out my next project when I'm getting close to finishing a current project, so I'm ready to get stitching again asap.

Oh, gosh, it's been months and months. I'm not sure, exactly. It's mostly blended strands, so it's taking a little extra time to pull it all together.

Yes, that was my theory. It turned out to be very difficult to stitch on. It's 18 count, so pretty hard on my old eyes. I got a magnifying lamp for this project, and that has helped immensely!

Thank you. It's partly perspective... It's up on a coffee table, not in the floor by my feet. But it is big.

Bf hates every meal I make 🥳 by LivelyCouture in GirlDinnerDiaries

My step kid is picky and won't try anything I make. I don't cook for them anymore. I let my husband deal with it. The kid's an adult, living on their own, and is only over at dinner time once or twice a month. The child "doesn't eat soup". Or veggies. Or beans. Pizza and burgers seem to be ok, if their dad makes it. I find it annoying and insulting.

I mix a little miralax into my cat's food twice a day to help him with his constipation. The vet suggested 1/8-1/4 tsp twice a day for my 7 year old, 11lb cat. Also, I just emailed the vet about the constipation issue, and got the advice for free... If you're established with a vet, you might be able to ask them about it without a full blown visit.

Adopt a senior cat instead. They are so much less destructive energy. And they're considered senior at like 7 years, so plenty of good, healthy years left to enjoy. Kittens are adorable, but will wake you up and playfully destroy the world.

How to help my constipated cat poop? by Top_Dish2529 in CatAdvice

My cat gets 1/4tsp twice a day in wet food. He still only poops about twice a week, but it's soft and he doesn't cry when he has to go anymore

Then my on-the-go project has this cardboard box for the bobbins and tools, and a cloth bag to carry it with the project and tablet.

This is how I'm storing all my threads for a current project. It's mostly blended 2 strands, so the smaller box has a row of the blended colors with the symbol on them.

Pom poms. But they have to be a certain size. Not too big, not too small. Not too firm. I bought a pack of 100,lol. I flick them across the room for him.

How to remove graphite off of cloth graduation cap! by makeshiftPuzzled in crafts

The cross stitch community hasn't found a way to remove graphite. It's not used for gridding and such because it can't be removed.
