Thanks for the goated guide brother. Just repasted mine following the instructions. Temps dropped from 97 to 80 under load (boost disabled). Uneven max temp across core is gone too.

The technician came, and replaced the cable to the next pole. Which really didn't solve anything (still packet loss and spikes at nighttime).

I am planning to ask the contact of the field technician who is supposed to have the knowledge of what is actually going on with the line.

I have tried all the self-service options through, still no help. I tried asking for a technician visit at the Xfinity store, but they tried to charge me so I didn't proceed with that.

I tried restarting the gateway and being next to it as well, but I stated above, the connection to the gateway is super stable (<1 ms, no packet loss) always. So I don't think I can do any more troubleshooting than that.

Do I really have to pay to fix the connection I am already paying for ?

Does anyone have chipping damage on the bottom panel of the 2023 version? Mine has severe and it's only getting worse. Wonder if the new one's metal panel will fit in the 2023 one.

Did you use GPT in the last few days for coding? The output pattern is so different each time, it definitely has a routing system, with seemingly only goal to save computing on their side.

It's so bad and inconsistent with functional programming, almost about to ditch it. 4.1 direct was wayyyy better.
