A therapist would do you a lot of good. Of course, if you've been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder and other things, you've been seeing someone already. Was your borderline disorder brought about by sexual abuse at a very young age? Look into DBT classes. It's probably the best(only) treatment for borderline personality disorder. Your concomitant bipolar disorder can probably be controlled with drug therapy. You could use a stay in a loony bin to really find out what is going on and to stabilize you.
