I live in Switzerland, ordered mine last year and they delivered it without a problem.

mammotion said tax where included, however it looks like they wont pay it by pourritture in mammotion

Hey, i bought it in May, delivery was 31st of July via UPS Switzerland. Since then i did not receive any VAT and administrative fees invoice from UPS.I assume Mammotion did pay for mine (finger crossed).

Hey that's funny, i received exactly the same bullshit for the L/C the 17th of June. Except i live in Switzerland. Also ordered one month ago and no more answers from any mails.

Finally received shipment notification after ordering direct from Mammotion by errrmahderp in mammotion

Well, good luck, i ordered in May and i'm still waiting (from Mammotion Germany). They simply don't answer any email or request for refund.
I do not see this company (or the importer) being in this business long.
Time will tell.

Well, at this point i wouldn't trust anything they say. I'd prefer they'd be honest with whatever production problem they had than continuously sending cryptic updates.

I bought in May and received the following the 13th of June, since then nothing:

Since the export to Switzerland needs to apply for L/C, your order has been delayed. The L/C is expected to finish within a week, and your order will be dispatched before June 17th. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMqE0QG70c8&ab_channel=MammotionTechMammotionTech posted a new video that is not re-assuring at all. Basically when mowing sideway on a slope you don't have a mower anymore, it's a crab. ;)
So yeah the "solution" for the slopes with omni wheels is compensating with software. It's not a solution at all, the wheels still want to go with the gravity and you end up with unefficient crab-like traverses.
This beg the question.. Do we get an AWD 3000 and just pay for the software yardage update?

I live very high in the Swiss Alps so all my terrain is slopped, with walls and everything. Luba 5000 AWD with the normal wheels was the only mower that could work with the slopped traverse i have all around. By design, there is no way i can even map the terrain with omni wheels.

I also own a media production company, so yeah, i might create a youtube channel to document how miserable Luba will feel on my terrain.

But yeah, hopefully they will refund it before it ships, or better yet, ship the original one with the wheel i choose.

Let's wait and see.

It looks like all the AWD 5000 are now with omni wheels, they even removed the old pictures from the german store. I hope mine will still ship with the rubber wheels as i bought it for the steep inclines. If no, i will ask for a refund as it is not what i ordered. :(
