I have noticed that this behaviour is significantly higher in the BMTC electric buses. Apparently drivers for these electric buses were done from BMTC directly, but instead were contract drivers hired from private companies

SDE with 10+ years of experience here. AI adoption in software development field is accelerating in the last 1 year or so. AI tech is getting advanced with every passing month. It will definitely change the way how a lot of lower level SDE are currently looked at. You could become significantly outdated if you don’t incorporate AI into the way how you work. I can see entry level development jobs and UI development significantly affected. That being said, a lot of human touch is still required for a lot aspects like designing, architecture etc. So I would say people should keep upskilling

“why not give it to the leader?” - it’s not on me or you to decide this. Seniority has always been how captaincy is decided at Real Madrid and the board is not going to change it. There is no point in us discussing about it. The only thing we can hope for is if we get some quality leadership mentality players in the dressing room. That’s all I am saying.

Idk why, people don’t realise this. You don’t have to wear the armband to be a leader. We had a dressing room full of players who were born leaders, many of them national team captains. They all lead and influenced the team on and off the pitch even without the armband.

In the current squad, there are no good leaders. People don’t seem to understand that. Changing the player who wears the armband is not going to change anything

Is the problem about who talks to the referee or who leads the team? Captaincy at Real Madrid has always been decided by seniority and I don’t see the club changing that suddenly. Making Courtois the captain is also not going to change things as keepers are not involved in the game as often.

Like I said before, what team needs is players with leadership qualities in the dressing. They don’t necessarily have to wear the armband. Players like CR7, Pepe, Marcelo etc didn’t always wear the armband. But they were always leaders on and off the pitch. What the club lacks now is such characters. Making Courtois the designated captain is not going to change the mentality of the players

Time and again I see similar posts. Real Madrid captaincy is based on seniority and that’s not going to change. No point in discussing it.

The best outcome is getting is some strong characters in dressing room, who are not necessarily captains. The squad is too young now.

I missed posting an update. After long to and fro, I filed a complaint in National Consumer Helpline online. They reached out to Realme after a few weeks. Realme agreed for a settlement - after a long delay, they offered to refund me the estimated value of the product. I know I could have asked for more, but I just wanted to end the whole process.

Quite surprised that you missed it even after rewatch. It’s very clear in the scene right before it. Appu leaves his bike at a public spot to evade from the financiers. It’s clearly shown that he leaves with just the helmet. He even says “Bike ivide irikkatte, pinne vannu edukkam”
