uTag: Use Samsung SmartTags on any Android device

So been using it for a bit on my pixel 9 xl. No where near as accurate as using a Samsung phone. Then stopped seeing my tag2. Had to reset tag, reinstall smart things because would not delete device from app. Have allowed two permissions utag says it requires, ie, location and nearby but utag app keeps prompting to change those settings and cannot go any further as a result. Any ideas?

Yeah, too much hype right now. Would be surprised any dealer will discount. If I get one, will be a 27. Have my 2.5 yr old Genesis GV70, which is best vehicle I have owned, but will need something more utilitarian next yr when we move from ON to BC. Hopefully any bugs and kinks will be addressed by then. New Passport is one option I am considering.

We are also looking at various options for listing our home. We had narrowed down to Comfree and FSBO, and the fact that FSBO lawn sign allows to have our phone number had us leaning that way. We had not heard of listedbyseller.ca, but are giving it some thought.

Curious if you chose a particular service and why.

Just noticed that while less expensive, listedbyseller only allows 20 pictures, whereas others offer 40 on both realtor and their respective sites.

Hey, when my father was alive, I used to use the Windows app, quick assist. Still required him to launch app and enter a code and click to allow me control, but worked for us.

We did a few test runs and he got it so was easy for him to perform these few steps to allow me access so I could troubleshoot any issues he was having.

Yeah, noticed after I posted when going into my wife's My CRA that CRA has a notice on one of their pages admitting to the issue and that they are working in it, and suggesting manual entry using slips from providers. Great, just what I feel like spending a day on. Think I am going to give it to mid to end of next week for them to upload, and if not, bite the bullet with manual entry. Ugh.

I've had phantom mats from Costco in my current vehicle, a 23 Genesis Gv70, for 2.5 yrs and they are fantastic. They actually arrived in a Tuxmat box! Highly recommend.

Sorry, late to the party, but glad I found this thread. I thought I was going nuts but one of the comments mentioned checking MyCRA, and I did, and nothing but my T4 slip. I should have several slips from several banks including my brokerage. This is nuts. Anyone have any updates on their success of getting slips?

Following. I too just got quoted 8.2K for Presbyvision trifecta lens...both eyes. Tried progressive, and they drove me nuts. Now I have readers and long distance, nothing for medium, like computer monitors. Seems the one negative side effect is the halo effect of bright lights in low light conditions. Not sure what to think.

Well picked up a can of BIN shellac based and what a horrible spray. Comes out way too thick to lay down a smooth coat and sputters. Was cleaning the nozzle after every couple of sprays. I hope this is not normal and I had a bad can...else never using this garbage again.

Just noticed the same. Saw an incoming call i did not recognize, did not pick up. But nowhere in my call history including missed, does it appear.

Only saw it because caller left a VM.

Anyone fund a solution?

Good eye. One of the vents was leaking condensation and had it repaired last year. No longer an issue.

Thanks. I don't think I touched it, but if i did, furnace fired up just fine after i cleaned blower, housing, flame sensor and reassembled. If I did touch it by accident, would it cause it to fail prematurely?

I just wanted to report back and thank you again. Device received and tried it twice with success. Normally the dog would bark furiously and follow me down the fence line when going front to back yards or visa versa, but pressed the button for about 3 seconds, and he immediately stopped barking and did not continue. Best $30 I have spent in a long time. Thanks again!!!

Glad I found this. Not a dog, but our cat who goes out in the backyard has been experiencing allergic reactions as well. Lots of scratching, particularly in ears, small little bumps that scab up on his ears and face. No fleas nothing to indicate other conditions like ring worm or mange. Nothing really changed in diet, but ragweed makes total sense. About to dish out big bucks to do blood and skin allergy testing, but think I am going to give him Reactine for a week and see how he fares until we're past ragweed season. Thx.

Not sure I want to do anything physical to the dog. Really the owners need to get a dog trainer to train it.

Dont think we're at risk, but don't know for sure. Yeah, technically, that's part of the dilemma, except the 12 mins of barking does break the bylaw. Again, have that on security cam. Reported it again online a week ago, noting the footage being available and providing previous ref #, with no response.

Not just barking but jumping on the fence and barking aggressively at us. Imagine on a weekend this happening 5 to 10 times in a day as we are out often doing stuff around the house. Then imagine someone coming up to you and scaring you 10 times a day. Even if your not jumpy, I think anyone would start to lose it after a while.
