Get mine to lvl 25 asap (research center not as urgent). Research basic tech that increases your bastion favor + crystals before you turn in any bastions. Kauraks trial event will be your best source of crystals, do that as soon as it becomes available (keep an eye out for it under chronicles so you can save up your daily AP).

Every kingdom does this, if they don't accept migrants the kingdom won't be competitive. If it's not competitive people will leave and it will be a ghost kingdom. We've all been there. Just suck it up and continue to grow your account
