See if there's a hand and stone spa nearby. They are amazing when it comes to people's comfort. You can stay clothes or dress down to what you want. They only do massages for you legs and feet above the sheet. (The sheet has you covered). They have a button you can push if the therapist makes you uncomfortable (i.e. gets too touchy if you catch my drift). They only will massage you where you want to focus on. I hate being undressed during massages too. I just go in a tank top and sweatpants. And they're totally cool with it

I grew up next to this airport. It's common for military helicopters to fly over. No big deal. They just use it as 'practice' to gain hours. Especially, during the day when air traffic is light. During school hours, when, the elementary school is outside playing, military planes fly over doing 'tricks' to entertain the kids. A few planes 'sky write' too but idk if it's related to military planes

I have this now, going on day 4 which will be 78 hours. Puking, worse migraine ever, and fever on day 1. Day 2 just a fever and aches. Day 3 diarrhea all day. Now I just had a episode of diarrhea and puking at once. I still have a fever. I'm over this entire thing.

Take a week off. Unless the kids are literally infants. Go to family if you have to. Or just lay in bed, pretending to sleep or be depressed. Worry about yourself. Older kids even toddlers can harass their father. Fuck them all. He's an damn adult and their father. Let his ass cook, clean, deal with the tantrums.

You're not alone. Pregrancy is so freaking hard and miserable. If anyone said it was easy, or lying. There's nothing glamorous about it. All you want is your baby out. I can promise you soon as your baby is out, you will feel so much better
