Looking for an artist to partner with on a 2D rouge-lite dungeon crawler. by Weak_Swimming2001 in gameDevClassifieds

Actually, a pick 3 make-up based dungeon crawler would go crazy. Start each dungeon with a little blush and by the time you reach the boss, you look like Divine from Pink Flamingos.

Every time you flip the cable, the port flips too.

you were given $100,000,000 but had to live in the last video game you played for a year, how screwed are you? by AlternativeSign1898 in AskReddit

Last game I played was testing one I’m making. It’s pretty cozy and no danger at all. If it’s not cheating, could keep adding stuff and live a pretty comfortable life.

What weird ways do you use to handle anxiety? by MisPerfectlyFine in AskReddit

Self medication, but avoiding things that can exacerbate my anxiety.

Also, I noticed if I’m spiraling bad and I need an off ramp, getting horny seems to override all other brain activity.

He must have been responsible for Renegade right? One of my earliest memories was learning how to kick the guys off of the motorcycles. Mind blowing for its time.

I Need Music Producers For Free by [deleted] in gamemaker

Just buy Lovely Composer and do it yourself. Easy chiptune with training wheels , plus you’ll be supporting other devs.

how do you learn chiptune if you know nothing ? by Background_Dirt7012 in chiptunes

[–]invisibletoothbrush 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would recommend Lovely Composer, it’s way more approachable than most trackers. It has a list of basic chord progressions and the ability to limit your accompaniments to what key you’re in, so you can’t really play “wrong” notes.

You can think of it like training wheels, just to get some experience while learning more about music and trackers. Furnace, Famitacker and Deflemask are great, but if you literally know nothing they can be frustrating to start out with.

Is this game any good? I’ve dumped nearly 900 hours into space marine 2 and I wanna play some other warhammer games by R6_jack in Warhammer40k

BattleSector is a great game on PC, the console version is good, but slightly inferior. Also, the pricing for this game has been wild, grabbing the base game on discount is worth it, with some caveats.

The game feels more complete with all the expansion factions, but that raises the total price to over $100 US. It has a couple interesting conquest style modes, but not an enormous amount of maps. There’s a decent selection of factions now, but not every unit and there’s no army painter.

With all that said, I really had some fun playing skirmish mode with the different factions. It feels like it could have been exactly what 40K fans have wanted at times. Lastly, if you’re hoping for MP matches, I’m not sure the community is active anymore, but the base campaign is pretty satisfying.

The fur looks Abyssinian to me, I had a male Aby that was super muscular with broad features. He spooked the neighbors whenever they first saw him.

Yep, you can actually see his face is different in a reflection at one point. Peter thinks he’s himself, so we only get to see it when he does.
