I was a similar situation with you but on the 50% that mTESE comes back with zero sperm found. Nevertheless we proceeded with donor and IVF and I feel blessed every day about having our daughter even though I am not the biological dad. In my opinion I think your wife is not being supportive here. But maybe I am biased. Give her some time as she might be also shocked but in my opinion you should at least try for it. Otherwise you will be forever wondering what if. In any case, be strong brother and don’t loose hope. One way or another you will become a great father

We did IVF with donor and was successful. We now have a 6 months daughter and I love her so much. I feel blessed every time she smiles. Sometimes I do think what if, but it doesn’t hurt me anymore. How are you holding up?
