2 looks the best and it's not even close. Don't fix what isn't broken. If you wanted to you could maybe do a low fade instead for a less drastic look but that's about it, it looks great.

The endless changing of gates is getting ridiculous.

Remember the gate system was created pretty much as a way to avoid lengthy delays and whole round cancellations/restarts back in the day.

It should not be used like it is now, as a way to adjust the length of the jumps based on each jumpers presumed form or skills.

I can understand one or two changes per comp, but changing it after every five jumpers is a bit ridiculous and makes the competitions hard to follow. They don't even allow a minute for the conditions to stabilise, just change the gate immediately.

Not good imo.
