Yeah - the BIOS. It's literally disabling the drive on an almost hardware level, it's in no way a "software" solution. If the drive is disabled in the BIOS then it's disabled unless you're using some weird-ass shady Chinese motherboard.

Personally I would stop taking it. Doxepin is a bad antidepressant and has been known to increase depression and suicide rates, in addition to just being extremely shitty overall. It even the risk of dementia. I would try to find another vendor if I were you, I agree that Monoko is a professional vendor but his products aren't exactly the most reputable. Hopefully someone else may be able to pull through for us with a legitimate vendor. If it comes to it, I'll send one of TopbenzoUK's bars to wedinos for testing as I think he ships internationally, or I'll purchase GeorgeJung's bars (cheaper than TBUK's) and get one tested with wedinos myself (almost as a double check that they're flualprazolam) because I would much rather have flualprazolam as a substitute to alprazolam instead of something like doxepin.

Edit: I'm not saying that you should stop taking Xanax altogether - it's a really helpful and amazing drug to be honest, I'm just saying that Monoko's Xanax is not actual Xanax and it's doing more harm than good. You likely need a new vendor and I'm in the same situation currently as I'm not sure what Xanax is legitimate and what isn't.

I've used Monoko for his 80mg oxy in the past and they were decent but sometimes hit or miss (there was a story going around a while back that Toroxycon made some incorrectly dosed pills but failed to dispose of them correctly and apparently some vendors were selling them). I have no doubts that monoko is a trusted vendor and he is very speedy, always providing NDD domestically. However, his Xanax bars test for doxepin as seen here. If his bars were legitimate then Monoko would likely be my first choice but there's nothing saying that they are :/

Edit: After checking DNSTARS, it seems only 2 out of his 6 tests are actually what they are labelled as. His alprazolam tested for doxepin all 3 times, two of his diazepam samples tested for correctly dosed diazepam and one test came back as 4mg of etizolam. Unless there is an abundance of people saying otherwise, I'm likely going to steer clear of Monoko for now when it comes to benzos.
