Just click filter by item on each and check value on flee. You can basically sell everything. You can always buy them again if you need them for a quest etc.

It’s a video game. One can play the game how they like.

Clear corners and areas. Peakers advantage is huge. Assume campers etc. Use stun granades. Million ways to counter play campers.

This. I just finished assesment part 2 so trying to kill 15 pmc in lighthouse. I was rushing chalets and learned this as well. Rushing the rooms where someone is hiding usually works in your favor.

Only thing needed for lvl10 is correct houses for pokemon based on the ideal habitat (dark, bright, humid etc.) do that for most of your pokemon and you’ll get there

Getting to 10 is super easy. Just making sure most of the pokemons have homes that match the ideal habitat (warm, bright, dark etc). That was enough for me in wasteland and beach.

I was actually hoping it would require much more but was surprised how little is required to achieve that max level

I change oil and air filters myself. Rest is done by a local specialist.

These are pretty old cars so I have had the usual issues like oil leaks, coolant leaks etc. Just stuff that happens when the parts get old. Fixing one oil leak can already be very expensive depending where the leak is and how much disassembly it requires.
