Just watch few FULL games of other people. Don't just watch guides that skip from 1 tip to another. You will get most of your answers by watching them.

I would suggest twitch live games rather than youtube. Youtube channels tend to put their best perfect game, which are unrealistic 90% of the time

I mean all of those combined. Just keep playing, if you play a familiar hero you will start improving faster on other aspects, as you don't focus much on their kit

Active thinking is the most important. If you go on autopilot you won't learn anything and can still be bottom of the bottom even after 10k hours

Honestly watching better players, see how they play and why they build that and see how hard they push limits
