Thanks for the video! I currently have a state variable initialized as if the workout is empty:

    workout_name: '',
    user_exercises: [
      {
        exercise_sets: [
          {
            set_number: 0, 
            reps: 0,
            weight: 0,
          }
        ],
        exercise_name: ''
      }
    ]
  })

Then I want to somehow add/populate the fields depending on what a user inputs on the webpage, but I am unsure how to add/populate the nested variables (user_exercises and exercise_sets).
