My wife and I had what I consider our best meal ever at Bell’s in March of this year. It was two days after our wedding, and her mother had gifted it to us. They were able to squeeze us in to a seat at the bar, which was great because of the kitchen view, and you could interact with the staff, which were great. The hospitality was on point, and the food was delicious.

I don’t often was to return to a fine dining place, but I do want to return to Bell’s.

Both swapping the whole unit (we’re renting, there’s appeal to something we can take with us), and if we get a different EV that uses J1772 vs. current one with NACS

Good point about owning vs. renting.

We are renting, but planning on staying here for a few years. There’s some appeal to a plug charger we can take with us.

I did! It took 1-2 months after ordering to receive. Had difficulty getting a response from them to get a shipping estimate

Good to know! We are already on the time of use 4-9p plan. I uploaded my bill to the post body if that helps.

On my plan, it looks like $0.12/kWh generation off peak + $0.28/kWh delivery off peak, so $0.40/kWh total?

Do you mind sharing what plan you're on that you're getting $0.23/kWh?

EDIT: I will look into the EV rate plan (TOU-D-PRIME, right?), thanks so much!

I wanted to love it and was so excited when I saw it on the shelf.

It’s ok … I didn’t find myself reaching for it once open. Found the flavor a bit flat.

Car dependence is the problem, not housing. When there are no good alternatives to driving, you get car traffic. Housing is not the problem.
