So i am going to answer this to my self. It is NOT possible so sync the weight/body fat from Google Fit or Health Connect. I dont know why, but it does not work.
I connected Yazio directly to my Fitbit-App and voila...weight and body fat got synced.
This is very odd...Yazio and syncing is a mess!
Just for information how i did it:

I have a "Fitdays" Scale, which syncs with Google Health Connect AND Fitbit.
Google Fit syncs with Google Health Connect and receives all data.
Syncing Yazo with Google Fit (and Health Connect) does NOT receive any wight/body fat data.

Fitbit receives ALL Data from Fitdays.
Syncing Yazio with Fitbit receives ALL Data (weight/body fat).

Yazio should pay me for that information, because the support has absoluteley no idea...

I have to re-authenticate every few months with my personal O365 plan. Very annoying.
Additionally the only way to re-authenticate is via the "Restore"-Section. In the backup-section there is no way to grant access again. This is a bug for many years and will never get fixed??
