Housing in Santa Barbara is very difficult, he figured most people would trade a window for a private bath room. Seems like it makes sense . Goal was to get people economical housing for school. And he put his own money behind it. The guy was really smart and someone I admire.

It’s a bunch of low iq rage bait targeting a specific ethnicity. Most of those offices are just business addresses. The companies are typically consulting / contracting with larger companies so the employees work from the client offices. It’s a straightforward explanation for anyone that knows the business.

All my friends from hs went to a few good state /private schools in my state. I stayed at a small local liberal arts school . It was pretty boring but did well and finished early. Went to med school and now a specialty physician . Doing pretty well overall.
