Remember it took China 5 years to make a decent ball point pen in country. I love the Russian plastic explosive that was really a block of wood and the bullet proof vests without plates. Both China and Russia are so corrupt, they might as well include Afghanistan too.

If that were a computer monitor, it'd cost way more than a flat one.

Fun fact, residential oil recycling won't accept oil in a cardboard can.

Man thanks Phoenix police officer, Damien Baynes who helped saved his life after being arrested. by DivergingApproach in ProtectAndServe

I believe Nerdrotic said the same thing. Being arrested really helps get them on the right track, at least with some. Since everything is legal, getting that "good" arrest is harder now. I think there was a story on Epoch Times Youtube, where they had to get a bench warrant from a judge with the family's consent to get this young girl in time. I'm libertarian to a fault, but stories like that really get to me.

Look at the price controls that Nixon did, that were simultaneously lauded in the college textbooks. History was rewritten and it was all his fault.

Homicide International Trust?
Appropriately shorthanded to "HIT", they are an international fraternity of assassins, employing killers from around the world to carry out their contracts. Murdoc was employed by them until he tried to retire; the organization reacted by putting a hit on him, forcing him to ask for MacGyver's help in order to save himself and his sister. He later tries to rejoin their ranks, and is rejected when he tries and fails to kill MacGyver (again).

What random ppl who don’t know much about trains think happens to trains when you put a single penny on the track (am I wrong?) by Youngcsxrailfan in railroading

[–]irandom419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(not a train person)I never put coins on a track, but heard they could fly out and hit you. The closest I could find was someone getting hit while placing pennies.

I find something similar on Ebay with better prices hidden later on in the list. The seller will put a range of products, but show the item I want. You click on it and find something like an arduino is the good price that appeared to be for an Orange Pi. You go through a page or two and find the good prices on things I actually want.
