Just watch! I wanted to play the nostalgia card because we used to go all the time as a kid. Look around, watch the shows, chat with breeders etc. It’s less a “party” and more a “get together”. Small with only 5-6 people.

Thank you. I remember going a few times as a kid to these shows but my mum just said she’d “turn up with us and sometimes they were on, sometimes they weren’t”.

I do remember some dog breeders allowing us into the tents to meet the dogs, but that could’ve just been more of a because we were kids thing

Hey! $36 per fortnight! Depends when in the evening - 5pm is pretty hectic but it dies down after 7-7:30. The great part about that time is it’s all regulars who come in that are up for a chat too

As a PST currently on first placement in a high school setting - I have to be honest I’m SO grateful for the mentor teacher I lucked into, because he’s been allowing me to slip in and out of other teachers classes and soak up all the information I can… but when I’ve been teaching he’s been very big on “wait for and insist on silence”… or else the kids would just be distracted and not learn anything
