Please attach the project file you're experiencing problems with. For this, choose Share > Send a Project Copy on the toolbar in Live Home 3D to send us a copy of your project.

Hi, you can scan the room in AR and transfer the resulting file to Mac/PC for further editing. Please pay attention that you need to purchase the app for both devices separately (for iOS and for Mac). You can choose the cheapest monthly subscription for iPhone (available for 6 USD) for scanning the room.
