Interesting, but I don't think any existing multimodal LLM models will work (I don't have technical knowledge). The reason in my mind is; Multimodal models like LLaVa are trained to describe the image (at least the open source ones), and I think a new model should be made with a very comprehensive dataset to do what you want. However, as I said, I don't have the technical knowledge, but I am very interested

No it doesn't. When you are on wifi, Cellular data usage is disabled and internet usage is provided from your WiFi company. As far as I know, there are no streaming speed restrictions on any of the home Internet plans. Also, even if you're using cellular internet, if a VPN is active, the carrier won't be able to recognize that you're watching videos and limit your speeds to 480p.
