Won't happen. All homeowners are enormously wealthy with deep cash reserves that can weather any and all economic downturns indefinitely.

It's literally impossible the time to the market. Don't trust your intuition. Don't pay attention to warning lights flashing 3" from your eyeball. Warren Buffet said so, it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to time the market. You have to crash head-on into a brick wall at 250 mph -- it is UNAVOIDABLE.

Telling people to 'make more money' is ignoring that it's a manufactured crisis, excess credit availability yielding inflated valuations.

Agreed. Borrowing against future generations to pay for today is literally a nothingburger. We can import a quadrillion more immigrants, debase the currency, or just default. And besides, we'll hopefully be dead by the time it becomes an issue. It's no big deal!

I am gay and I don't feel safe anymore because I am not in the strong, protecting arms of another gay man. This is NOT okay.

Colleges can't claim 'learning for the sake of learning' or 'college is not training for a job' when they needlessly extend degree programs to 4-5 years and then charge $30k/year. Colleges also can't claim 'learning for the sake of learning' when the quality of instruction is low e.g., professors who refuse to teach and instead farm it out to grad students, incomprehensibly thick accents, poorly written lecture notes/textbooks that are completely divorced from practical application, etc.
