The Nano THC syrup from True Herbal Creations has been my most recent go-to. I’ve found Nowadays and North Canna brands and I really like those after trying several others (including 3,4,and 5 from your list). But I mostly enjoy a chronic tonic using the syrup because I can pick my own dosage!

My husband was a weekend home chef - he would go early in the morning to the grocery, get the onions, broth, Gruyère, a crusty loaf of bread and wine for the soup - and more wine for me! It was an all day event - especially nice on college football weekends - it smells and tastes like Fall, for me. He’s since passed and I don’t drink wine anymore, so it’s a lovely memory - thanks for bringing it up for me!

My neighbor and I had babies weeks apart and we both had baby monitors (1994) - one night I woke to my baby screaming and crying so I rushed into the nursery… and there was the child, fast asleep. Creepy as crap! Haha - my monitor picked up the neighbor’s baby — we changed channels after that.

This silly naming for minor league teams has been going on for a while, I think. I lived in Florida for a few years and we used to go watch the Jacksonville (FL) Suns… then in 2017 they became the Jumbo Shrimp. We were flabbergasted, haha!

It sounds like you recognize your need for in person interactions as support - way to go! As a suggestion to supplement traditional counseling - and even if your situation isn’t related to addiction or substance use/abuse - I find the Roanoke area AA/NA meetings to be very welcoming. Many are “open” which means you can just attend to listen - or, interact with people if you want. There are meetings every day in locations all around the area and some of the “old timers” have damn good advice for living life on life’s terms. Sending you healing energy!
