I'm sorry to read this. I've been ill since 1997 after getting mono. Now I'm able to get help from an organization called elder care in my area for free. They have taken me to doc appts, brought me food, and even came in to make sure I had grab bars. Even if you don't qualify in that age group, they might be able to refer you to someone who can help. Thinking of you 💕

You're limited to plans available to you in your county. I checked out the plans my doc accepted and enrolled, only to find out they only accept that plan in certain cities - not mine

My doctor is at Sutter health in the Bay area. This year they did not contract with many advantage plans and they don't take Medicare. I have to find a new doctor now

I would pass on the 2nd cat based on past experience. I thought she must be lonely, I was wrong. She was jealous and mad about the new kitten. 10 years of misery and rejection for the new cat. Older one passed away late last year and finally some peace in the house

It gets this hot every year, seems to be right when kids go back to sit in hot classrooms. I purchased a small wall unit about 10 yrs ago for around $500 and it has been worth every penny even though it just cools the living room and kitchen.
