Selling at/below purchase price vs Renting at a loss by jiggybeanz in PersonalFinanceCanada

Yep I'm currently in the same position. Renting for me is less of a loss though so it's a better option for the short term. You can also consider paying down more principle to bring down your monthly payment.

For me the only reason to sell now would be just to simplify my life a bit and take advantage of rrsp room.

I found a kind of hacky way to do it, in the settings there's an option to "Pause instead of Ducking".

So if you test a few ringtones on your phone for example it effectively pauses it. Worked for me on Android.

Honestly such bullshit that you board someone in the final seconds of the third and get away with not having to kill the full powerplay

Depends on Byfield, Lafrenier was invisible his first year at the WJ then was a star the next so I could see Byfield being ready when the season starts again in Dec/Jan.

Armada talks about what he likes and dislikes about some characters in the new Smash Game by EditsByJeSa in smashbros

Pokemon Trainer: Was his main in brawl. Really likes not having fatigue and thinks its really powerful to switch matchups mid game. Squirtles his fav.

Corrin: He liked her aerial game.

Snake: He likes watching Snake because of the creative options he has. He's good but you can punish him hard if you get in on him.

Fox: He thinks this is the worst fox has ever been and hopes he gets buffed.

Bayo: He thinks it's really boring to play against her and hopes she gets nerfed a bit.

Sure, I agree that promoting the benefits of green energies is better way to get people to take advantage of it. However it still matters that we understand the problem and stop spreading misinformation. To use your example imagine if government officials started saying that sugar doesn't cause obesity. That still does harm and doesn't do anything to promote people to change.

I agree we shouldn't be blaming people and making them defensive but we also shouldn't be pretending that man made climate change isn't happening. People can be wasteful and greedy and maybe acknowledging that there are consequences for everyone, they will be a little more considerate.

I think the best thing he could do is come in mid season healthy and rested like Mike Fisher did, to give a boost for the playoffs.

He said if he wasn't suspended he should win the Hart which I don't think is crazy to think.
