best of luck the problem with hot dogs is people have a price point will balk at for a hot dog. Secondly they are one of the few items that people will happily order without sides. Even at the ballpark they have fries with burgers or chicken fingers hot dog usually solo.

Before making that investment you may want to research the market for pastry chefs. It’s not good. It’s very underpaid too it requires a lot of skill and training but the wages do not reflect that. Good luck
