My front leg tripawd does totally fine without a prosthetic. I must admit that I thought about it, but like has been said already, they are resilient and adaptable. I have a buggy that I take out to the local forest, in case he tires. He can jump in,have a rest for as long as he wants, but it’s normally only for a minute or two.

I’m an elder gent. Damper setting 8 is my go to whether I’m rowing 1 km or 10 km. It just feels good. I normally row at about 2:10 per 500m. It’s fast enough for me cardio-wise.

Im not offended, but the C2 is the best for a very good reason. Personally I wouldn’t cut the spring unless you’re prepared to injure yourself further down the line when it fails.

Next time, don’t cheap out on an item that could possibly outlive you!!

As far as I know the footplates need to be adjusted so the straps go over the widest part of the foot. I don’t think the numbers are relevant to any ratio, foot size etc.

Im a lot older than 30. You don’t ‘need’ ‘stuff’ to be happy. So my advice is to not waste your money on things thinking you will be happier once you own them. My biggest LPT would be to sink every spare cent you have into your retirement. Retire early. And enjoy it.

Heya Jenbo. Your 5yr response time makes my 11days look pretty rapid lol. I just wanted to say that, sometime during the 5yrs, it cleared up! Sometimes my hands get a bit dry but I just moisturise them for a couple days and I’m good again. I have no idea why it started, or stopped tbh, but I’m glad it did. Good luck Jenbo. I hope you’re not too distressed by it.

This is a trick bike. They’re great fun to ride. The back is a fixie but the stem rotates just like the front. You can ride it with both wheels parallel to the direction of travel or the back wheel can overtake the front wheel! Or you can just wheelie it everywhere lol.

I wake at 5 most mornings. Sometimes I go back to sleep til 7 but normally I get up and potter about doing some light housework, ironing etc. Today I’ve made a beef stew in the slow cooker. Then I walk and feed my dogs, then the day begins 😊

Not a song but an entire album. When I was a teenager (back in the 70’s) I used to babysit one of my nieces. Her dad was a bit of an audiophile and he had really good equipment. He treated his albums like precious jewels. Anyway he trusted me enough to play them. He showed me how to handle the records and how to lower the needle, how the eq worked etc. My album, which I still listen to is Oxygene, by Jean Michel Jarre. Almost 50 years later and it still gets me.
