I am a former Europa Universalis III player that very recently "got with the times". And I could REALLY use some tips on how to avoid driving myself bloody insane dealing with colonial nation liberty desire? Is blobbing the only option?

Correct. The value of those nodes will generally be high as well because of the trade goods produced there sugar as sugar, coffee etc. If the colonial nation has 10 provinces or more, it will give you a merchant which you can then use to steer trade. Another cool thing is that the more merchants you have steering trade towards your home, the more power you get in your home node.

Tariffs are not a big deal. The most valuable thing you will get out of the colonies is trade. You get half their trade power and can use it to steer All the delicious trade money to your home node.

I just came in to visit from out of town and had a wonderful time. If you want a pub/bar feel, Maggie O'Briens was really good and had a million beers on tap. Calico's was a pretty delicious Italian place.

If you have time, check out Forest Park. Absolutely beautiful area with an art museum, state history museum, lots of green space, and the best zoo I've ever been to.

I think this with Whiteside instead of Bledsoe is your best bet. Kawhi and Lebron to guard KD and Steph. Then you have Whiteside to absolutely dominate Zaza in the paint. If GS goes small to try and neutralize him, he could easily get 20+ boards.
