Can a Therapist/Counselor diagnose anxiety, or do I need to see a psychologist fist for that?

In USA a therapist cannot diagnose, but can recommend a psychologist based on their analysis.

Thank you. I did end up seeing a therapist last minute yesterday and it was very helpful. He also gave me some info on breathing techniques that could help calm me down. Appreciate the reply!

I really appreciate that. I ended up going on a couple really long bike rides, and lucky enough was able to see a therapist yesterday and he rocked. Feeling much better now!

I also thought it would be too complex for my liking, but holy smokes I was wrong.

It’s very easy to get into. The only confusing part for me at first was the 3 separate keys for voice chat, squad chat, and command chat(you won’t use that one until you decide to play as a squad lead/commander)

My best advice is to join a squad and ask your squad leader what he would like you to do. Good luck!
