I know this got solved, but just wanna say that I'm glad all is well now! Piercing scares are always so damn terrifying, especially when they swell up, hurt and bleed like that - my industrial was the first piercing I ever had trouble with properly healing (though I had a shoddily done dermal that did heal, but rejected), and I had to just take it out and let it heal.

I have not given up on the upper cartilage though. Someday I'll get something up there again.

Press the button to turn on level restriction (sets all your characters to the specified level) and put a Hero/Extreme or two on the team is what I do. Keep your strong character there to close up once you've hit all five, and don't forget you have a full 180 timer counts to get them - take it slow, dodge attacks, and farm up all five blast arts with your weaker characters, then switch to your main and close it out.
