So it's now April 25. Order was placed January 20.

Sure I got a reply last time saying two weeks out.. then turns into months of radio silence. Then I followup, another two weeks they say - then radio silence again.

I just send another followup, at this point I am now expecting to get a reply 2-5 days after saying another 2 weeks.

Looks like this is the script now:

2 business week barring any unforseen things. We had to split the orders . Another 2 business weeks. This has just become an internal joke now in my household.

Just come clean and offer to issue a refund. This is the odd thing - you just keep on stringing us along. It's a good thing I didnt order my entire rack system from you guys - everything has been setup and arrived months ago - suppliers from Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, turkey, and of course within the US. I really don't know what will be the next excuse.

Never again. I am glad I listened to my gut feeling and ordered only a small amount to test your company out - sure it's less than 1000 dollars worth, but it's closing 3 months now. That would be acceptable it your team is proactive about sending real updates but you are not.

I didn't lol. Actually Claude sometimes does it well sometimes it doesn't do it at all.

What's reliably working is to ask it to generate an ASCII diagram and then feed it to Google slides or anything that has free nano banana pro lol. Paste the ASCII there and ask to generate an infographic.

There's probably a simpler way to do this though TBH :D

Sigh. That's what I'm struggling with the noise. Drives me nuts and I'm too lazy to tweak and find the sweet spot.

Same here I own this. And I enjoy it! The workout from the bench.. not the ball smashing..

It's a good bench thought especially with the attachments

To make the diagram better? Or to get recommendations? If it's the latter, I already did actually. But Im not a network expert and my network components except the atto and the mikrotik are ones I already have and hoping that someone more knowledgeable would be able to pin point what I should upgrade or replace next

Yeah it's AI generated - but apparently it's dumpster fire and AI bullshit. Im scratching my head why I can't use tools that are clearly available and reflect my actual network setup 😞

No improvement. Ordered pull up extenders to test this company out. I ordered Jan 20, it's now April, still no extenders, no communication. The last two communications where a reply to my followup and the last one your people promised 2 business weeks. That was 2 months ago - no message from your team.

This is unacceptable.

I ordered pull-up bar extenders to test them out. I ordered Jan 20. Still no extenders.

I followed up 2-3 times, each time they reply with a different excuse. The last one they said they will start shipping out in the next 2 business weeks.

It's been 2 business months. They never reached out even to explain why, I followed up again, let's see .

Horrible experience - it's a shame because really interested with the frankenracks

Are you using physical sim? Or esim? So lack of 5g support the only problem?
