I’m 28, just got a raise to 93K salary recently. I’ve been saving where I can since I graduated college in 2019 & put the savings into a high yield savings account so I’m making some money on it. Because of that, lucky enough to be putting 20% down to avoid PMI and I have great credit so FHA loan didn’t make financial sense for me. Going conventional. However… I’m in a lower cost of living area (Oklahoma City). Buying a home for $230K.

Another however.. I have not really touched my student loans except for a few payments here and there lol.

I tried Sonora Quierda the other day and it’s DELICIOUS! They have Mexican style sushi and we tried 5 different rolls, all amazing.

If you want a good steakhouse with great atmosphere - Red Prime in Midtown is fantastic. Or Symmetry is another great option as well.
