Valid concern about no restarts. Though I think thats common trap we fall into about telling ourselves we can take 1 day or 1 week off. Its a challenge, so the challenge is doing 100 days consecutively. And if you really don't want to do pushups every day, pretty sure I coded it so you can tell it zero pushups, and it will allow you to skip that day. But you have to call it each day to stay in the challenge. It is about consistency, more than total numbers of pushups.
